Mike is away from home and it's the longest we've been apart since getting married. And, I'm so thankful for technology and the ability to chat on Facebook or to do a Google hangout in the evenings. It almost makes it feel like he's not away.

I know how that feels! I keep trying to talk Jeremy into getting Skype on his laptop, but I always forget until after he's gone, and he doesn't want to sign up for it by himself, so we never end up Skyping. :-( That reminds me...I need to get his laptop set up for Skype before his next trip!
