Naptimes usually work like so:

Alex: Miss Tiffany, I really can't sleep! I can't make my eyes close! It's toooooo hard!!!

Tiffany: Well, that's okay, just rest for a few minutes. You have to lay down and rest. But I'll come back in a few minutes and let you know when you can get up and play quietly in your room for the rest of nap time.

Alex: Fine.

::leave....return a few minutes later::

Tiffany: Alex? Alex? Are you awake?

::silence::

::two hours later::

Alex: Miss Tiffany? Can I be up now? I couldn't sleep, it was too hard to make my eyes close.
