So I had a doctor's appointment today. Finally, after having it rescheduled three times because of weather, school, and bad timing!
Well guess what I got? Two perscriptions. 1 for massage therapy (providing that Tricare covers it) and 1 for muscle relaxers. Crazy. I have awful stress and knots and stuff in my back. People have told me to try Aleve and Ibuprofen, but that never really does anything. So I'm going for the big stuff.
